Staff

Jamie and Linda Watters - Senior Pastors.  Jamie and Linda have pastored Glasgow Westend Vineyard since May 2000 and have overseen its growth to the present day.  As well as leading Glasgow Westend Vineyard, Jamie and Linda are the Regional Overseers for Vineyard Churches in Scotland and Ireland and they also serve as part of the Vineyard UK Council.

Peter and Grace Fowler - Training and Discipleship Pastors.  Peter's passions are leadership and ministry development.  He is currently focussing on the development of our Storehouse and Youth Ministries along with running the Leadership Development Year and Discipleship Year programmes.  Grace is a church Director and oversees the Alpha, Welcome and Hospitality ministries and actively supports Peter in his roles.

Christa Lyth - Student Ministry Leader.  Christa has been with us for a while and formally came on staff as Student Ministry Leader at the beginning of September 2011.  She is also a small group leader and a graduate of our leadership development programme.

 Billy and Rachel Kent - For the past 4 years Billy has been on staff as assistant pastor and Rachel has overseen our children's ministry for that time as well.  Recently Billy and Rachel have answered the call to move on to a more senior position in our denomination, and Billy has been invited to be the Senior Pastor of the Vineyard Church of Greenville in South Carolina.  Billy has stepped down in order to accept this offer and we send them with our blessings, but until the paperwork is complete, Billy and Rachel continue to be active as church members through preaching and supporting the leadership where necessary.
