Staff Team

Jamie and Linda Watters (Senior Pastors).  Jamie and Linda have pastored Glasgow Westend Vineyard since May 2000 and have overseen its growth to the present day.  As well as leading Glasgow Westend Vineyard, Jamie and Linda are the Regional Overseers for Vineyard Churches in Scotland and Ireland and they also serve as part of the Vineyard UK Council.

Billy and Rachel Kent (Assistant Pastors and Children's Ministry).  Rachel and Billy head up the childrens ministry and Billy joined the staff team on a full time basis to oversee small groups at the end of 2007.  They also lead one of the Tuedsay evening Kinship Groups.

Stephen  and Hazel Barnes (Assistant Pastors- 4Word).  Stephen and Hazel head up 4Word, our creative arts ministry.  They also facilitate the Boundaries Course and provide pastoral and logistical support to some of the Kinship leaders.

Jim Collinson (Creative Projects Co-ordinator, 4Word).  Jim works alongside Stephen Barnes running the Church's creative arts charity '4Word'.  Working in film, music and design, he is very blessed to be able to help people through getting creative.  For more information on the work that 4Word does, please visit their page in the Contributing section of this website.

Peter and Grace Fowler (Discipleship Year Co-ordinators, Admin and Alpha).  Peter and Grace oversee our Discipleship Year programme as well as our Alpha ministry.  They also lead one of our Thursday evening Kinship Groups.  Peter's additional remit on the staff team includes admin and logistics.
